Kokki Black

Kokki Black is a premium Japanese sake that showcases the technical excellence of the Daiginjo style. Like all Daiginjo sake, it is made from rice that has been polished down to at least 50% of its original size. However, what sets Kokki Black apart is its use of Yamadanishiki rice, which is polished down to an impressive 40%. This extra level further accentuates the Daiginjo flavour, producing a crisp, clean taste that is both complex and elegant. The brewing process of results in an exotic sake with a fragrant "Ginjo" aroma and a soft, mellow flavour.
